How Linemate works

The cleaning cycle begins with a pre rinse of water at pressure to clear any debris and loose yeast.

The detergent is injected into the flowing water in the concentration preset into the microprocessor. The rate of injection varies with the water flow rate to ensure precise concentration control.

The length of the soak period is variable and can be set in the programme according to detergent concentration. During the soak period, the pump is pulsed two or three times to agitate the detergent.

The final rinse clears any trace of detergent from the beer lines that have been cleaned and, from the ring main. Finally an injection of propellant gas clears the rinse water from the lines and also from the ring main
